What is WILDFIT®?
WILDFIT® is a food methodology that works for people who want to release weight, gain or maintain weight, athletes seeking peak performance, or really, anyone who wants to live longer and with greater vitality.  It was founded by Eric Edmeades, a dynamic speaker who teaches the WILDFIT® methodology.

With WILDFIT® 90 you will train your brain to stop wanting foods that are not good for you, and to start wanting foods that truly nourish and energize you.

By looking back in time and analyzing how the animals before us consumed food, WILDFIT® believes the same is true for human beings.  

Every animal on Earth has its own diet; a particular way of eating that makes it possible for that animal to function at its absolute best...

Meet Certified WILDFIT® Coach Amanda Finnis
     I am a wife and mother of two daughters.  I am an Elementary Literacy Teacher with over 20 years experience as a coach.  My passion has always been helping others achieve the best version of themselves.  I love being active and outside as much as possible.

      I first discovered WILDFIT® in an Instant Pot I won in a silent auction in March of 2019. Inside was the best gift of my life, a free WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge.  I was 30 pounds overweight, bloated, lethargic, suffering inflammation and contemplating hip surgery. 

     After 90 Days, my inflammation was GONE!  My hip no longer hurt, and I had more ENERGY than I ever thought possible.  I also released 20 pounds in 3 months.  And the best news is that 2 years later, I have kept off the 20 pounds and released an additional 10.    pounds.  

     In November 2021, I decided it was time that I share the FOUNTAIN of YOUTH with others. I am beyond excited to share WILDFIT® with as many people as I can!
Meet Certified WILDFIT® Coach Cyndi Morgan
     I am a retired U.S. Navy meteorologist/oceanographer.  I found WILDFIT® after searching for a program that would help me lose the baby weight I gained when I was pregnant.  I completed the WILDFIT® 90 Day Challenge and 'released' 20 pounds and over 24 inches around my body.  I was amazed that I was able to release the weight just by eating the right foods--foods that signal to the body to let go of the fat. 
     I signed up to be a WILDFIT® Coach because I know WILDFIT(R) works!  I certified as a coach in May 2019. 
     I love watching my clients transform their lives by focusing on their health, their choices, and their progress.

- All of the training modules are on-line, and if you need coaching anytime, each 30-min coaching session costs $50 with either Coach Amanda or Coach Cyndi.
- Choose any Monday to start the program.

- You'll have lifelong access to the training program.
